Brad Rudd is a Certified Public Accountant and co-founder of Rudd CPA, PLLC, which he established with his wife, Tiffany. With over 19 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, he brings specialized expertise in tax strategy, financial reporting, and business advisory services. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is licensed by the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.

Brad is known for his innovative, solutions-driven approach to complex financial matters. He is passionate about helping individuals and business owners reduce tax exposure, enhance financial performance, and build sustainable wealth. His experience includes working alongside wealth strategists Tom Wheelwright—advisor to Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki—which helped further shape his forward-thinking approach to tax planning. His work is grounded in integrity, precision, and a commitment to delivering lasting results.

Fluent in Russian, Brad is a lifelong learner who enjoys research and mentoring others through thoughtful guidance and strategic insight. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, hunting, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their dog, Roxy.

Tiffany launched her first business at age 19 and has embraced an entrepreneurial mindset ever since. From an early age, she demonstrated a natural aptitude for learning, ranking in the top one to three percentile of the United States of America in mathematics, reading and verbal analysis. An accomplished athlete from an early age, she grew up as both a synchronized swimmer and tennis player, eventually serving as captain of a top-four nationally ranked collegiate tennis team and later becoming an experienced coach. Through athletics and leadership, she developed a lasting appreciation for discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and helping others reach their goals.

That commitment to growth continues today through martial arts. Tiffany is a team member of Golden Era Muay Thai in North Scottsdale, where she studies Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and other martial arts alongside accomplished professional fighters.

Her professional career spans IT, marketing, and mortgage lending with leading international companies, giving her a broad foundation in technology, business, problem-solving, and strategy. With hands-on experience in multiple programming languages and a Full Stack Software Engineering certification from the University of Arizona, she brings both technical depth and creative agility to her work.

Known for her ability to uncover root issues and develop thoughtful, effective solutions, Tiffany thrives in collaborative environments where innovation, curiosity, and critical thinking come together. She combines a data-driven approach with a genuine enthusiasm for technology and, above all, people.

At Arizona State University, she studied Art Education, Health and Wellness, and Human and Family Development—fields that reflect her longstanding interest in creativity, well-being, and the human experience. She is passionate about people and the meaningful connections that make life richer. Away from her professional pursuits, she returns to several lifelong passions: reading, writing, designing, baking and playing the guitar. She occasionally writes original lyrics as well. A former soloist, she admits that she is often shy about singing publicly.

While she is proud of her professional accomplishments, Tiffany believes that joy and authenticity matter most. Among all her accolades, being voted “Best Laugh” by her high school classmates remains a personal favorite. At the heart of everything she does, her highest priority is her family and her role as a wife and homemaker.
